Your Master of Reception will arrive 1 hour prior to the "ceremony" and work with your Celebrant, Officiant, venue manager to coordinate guest, family photos, bridal entry, canape hour as needed.
(Same site ceremony/receptions only) Perfect for DIY or Wedshed style weddings

  • All prices exclude GST
  • All Meetings are quoted for Sydney Metro, travel fees will apply on all suppliers
  • Design Meeting is scheduled no more than 12 mths out
  • Final video maaeting 30 days out
  • Meet N greet with Master of Reception and/or DJ/Design team member (30 days out) 
  • reduce cost by receiving 10% discount if "all" meetings are video call
  • DJ & Photobooths provided by your DJ Supplier  
  • Sparkular & Dry Ice provided by Sydney Fireworks with dedicated pyro technician
  • You will be notified 90 days out of your allocated Master of Reception, in most cases you will receive a selection to choose from our advertised team
  • DJ based on 6.5hr hire inc bump in time (90 minutes prior)
  • Master of Reception based on 6hr hire inc bump in time (60 minutes prior​​)
  • 25% deposit to confirm booking
